All investment platforms are designed to develop and manage projects from their initial stages until their completion.
INVEX Grupo Infraestructura invest through its six investment platforms. Energy platform focuses on generation,
which include 6 renewable energy assets, a CCGT, a wind farm and a hydroelectric plant.
The main asset of the highway platform is the Amozoc-Perote highway.
The parking lot platform was developed through a company called "Espacia" that today has thirty project with more than 3,600 parking
spaces. The real estate platform currently holds three projects, two in operation and on under development,
under its commercial brand "Acaya". The public-private partnership platform currently has three different projects among:
the Municipal Administration of Tlajomulco, a treatment plant, and a hospital. Finally,
the oil and gas platform is developing a national storage and distribution network to deliver gasoline and its derivatives
through the county under its commercial brand Itzoil, a project that joins Tuxtpan, Veracruz and Tula, Hidalgo and will
be used to supply fuel to Mexico City.
