Abeinsa Juárez N-III S.A. de C.V. ("Abeinsa") is an incorporated company under the laws of Mexico, has entered into long-term contract with Mexico’s Federal Electricity Commission (Comisión Federal de Electricidad - CFE) to supply a Net Power Capacity of 906.706 MW, under summer design conditions. Abeinsa, in its capacity as Independent Energy Producer, provides power for 25 years at the interconnection point to CFE, as of the Commercial Operation Date.

The 38 CC Norte III is located on Federal Highway 45 km. 335 + 200, in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, a geographical area suitable for power generation in Mexico’s Northern region.
